Description
CMI THIN RENDER 081 is a high quality polymer modified cement/sand render for application on block walls, brick walls and concrete substrates. For application on smooth concrete substrates, a key primer coat with CMI MULTIFIX 188 is a recommended for roughening of the receiving surface prior to plastering. CMI THIN RENDER 081 can be used for patching and repairing works on concrete and is designed for hollow-block wall plastering in interior or exterior applications. It is specifically recommended for use as a fine textured sponged finishing for external walls & ceiling to provide an aesthetically pleasing and level wall surface.

Application Procedure
Add a 25kg bag of CMI THIN RENDER 081 into approx. 5.5 litres of clean water. Remove all loose particles, grease and foreign materials from substrate. Dampen the receiving surface if necessary. Mixing can be donemanually or by an electric mixer for about 5 minutes. Mixture must be used within 1 hour.
CMI THI RENDER 081 should not be used on painted surfaces and should be cured with water spray for the first 2 days in hot and dry conditions.
Storage
Storage life is approximately 6 months if stored in a cool and dry place.
