SikaWall®-168 Plaster is a durable, high-quality cementitious pre-packed mortar specially formulated for plastering work on concrete surfaces, brick walls, and block walls both internally and externally.

• Fresh mortar density: ~1.8–1.9 kg/L 
• Consumption: ~1.5–1.6 kg/m² per mm of thickness 
• Layer thickness: 5–15 mm per layer; maximum build-up ≈ 30 mm 
• Water requirement: ~4.1–4.6 L per 25 kg bag (6.6–7.4 L for 40 kg) 
• Tensile adhesion strength: ≥ 0.7 N/mm² at 14 days (EN 1015‑12) 
• Shelf life: 6 months from date of production, stored sealed at +5 °C to +30 °C in dry conditions

Usage

SikaWall®-168 Plaster is designed for plastering on concrete surfaces, brick walls, block walls, and lightweight autoclaved aerated blocks. It is recommended for use as a joint mortar for brickworks, blockworks, and bedding to receiving wall tiles. It is suitable for internal and external applications.
