MAPEI Mapeflex MS 45 is a one-component, flexible, thixotropic, quick-hardening hybrid sealant and adhesive based on sililated polymers. It has a high modulus of elasticity and is suitable for use on damp substrates. The product is designed for both sealing joints and flexible bonding in internal and external building applications.
