Weber E.Mix ALC Thin Mortar is a premium cement-based premixed adhesive specially designed for laying Autoclaved Lightweight Concrete (ALC) and Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) blocks. It offers excellent adhesion, water resistance, and crack control with a thin 2–3 mm application.

Applications

1. Clean the block surfaces.
2. Mix 40 kg mortar with 14.4 L clean water.
3. Let the mixture stand for 10 minutes, then remix.
4. Apply using a notched trowel.
5. Position blocks firmly and remove excess mortar.
6. Allow 24–48 hours for initial curing.
