Description
ULTRAPROOF is a waterproof and rainproof protective coating formulated with elastomeric water based acrylic polymer. It is very elastic with high elongation (+-600%), UV light resistant and water resistant.

Application Procedure
Surface Preparation
- Clean the surface from grease, oil, fungi, dust, and dirt with sandpaper, brush, detergent, etching solution or others.
Mixing
- First coat: Thin Ultraproof with 10% clean water, mix well.
- Second and third coat: Without thinning. For vertical wall, you can add 10% clean water.
Application
- Apply first coat and let dry.
- Apply second and third coat in cross direction after 2 hours.
- Brush, roll, or airless spray can be used for application.
Recommendation
Hair Crack Bridging
- Mix well ULTRAPROOF and cement (1:1), add some water as needed. Fill cracks with the mixture using spatula..
- For bigger cracks, apply a mixture of ULTRAPROOF, cement and fine sands (1:1:1) add some water as needed..
- To cover cracks on roof tiles or flat roof, first apply ULTRAPROOF, follow by fiberglass mat or gauze on it. Then apply the mixture of ULTRAPROOF, cement and fine sands (1:1:1), add some water as needed..
Water Proofing or Flat Roof, Washroom or Water Basin
- Clean the surface.
- Fill cracks and holes with a mixture of ULTRAPROOF, cement, and fine sands (1:1:1), add some water as needed, mix well.
- First coat: thin ULTRAPROOF with 10% clean water, mix well.
- Second and third coat: ULTRAPROOF only (no thinning).
- Sprinkle with fine sands before it dries.
- Sweep away the excess sands.
**For flat roof, apply the cement mortar at least 2-4cm (use a mixture of ULTRAPROOF, cement and fine sands (1:1:1)), add some water as needed, mix well.
**For washroom or water basin, apply the cement mortar and ceramic tile on it accordingly.
